Rose Quartz: Because apparently, I need a rock to find love

Rose Quartz: Because apparently, I need a rock to find love

Alright, let’s talk about Rose Quartz, because at this point, I’m willing to try anything short of sacrificing a goat to manifest love. If you haven’t heard, this little pink crystal is supposed to be the go-to for attracting romance, deepening relationships and even helping you love yourself (which, frankly, might be the bigger challenge).

Now, I’m not saying I believe a rock is going to summon the love of my life like some kind of cosmic Tinder swipe, but I also own three houseplants I talk to, so let’s not pretend I’m above this.

What’s so special about rose quartz?

Rose Quartz is known as the "Stone of Unconditional Love," which makes it sound like it should come with a side of chocolates and a rom-com recommendation. It’s associated with the heart chakra (yes, we’re talking chakras now), meaning it supposedly helps open you up to love, healing and all that mushy stuff we pretend not to need.

Basically, if you’ve been emotionally unavailable since 2004, this is the crystal that’s supposed to change that.

How to use it (Because apparently, there’s a method to this madness)

  1. Wear it: Keep it close to your heart—literally. A necklace, bracelet, or if you’re feeling particularly mystical, just shove one in your bra and hope for the best.
  2. Sleep with it: Put it under your pillow and dream of emotionally stable men. Or at least ones who text back.
  3. Meditate with it: Hold it while setting some love-related intentions. “I am open to love” sounds better than “I will not text my ex,” but do whatever works.
  4. Throw it in the bath: Run yourself a bath, toss in your rose quartz, and pretend you’re the kind of person who has their life together.

But does it actually work?

Look, I can’t promise you’ll find a tall, dark, and emotionally intelligent stranger by Tuesday, but Rose Quartz does something. Even if it’s just acting as a physical reminder to be open to love—or at least to stop sabotaging it. Worst-case scenario? You’ve got a cute pink rock that makes you look like you have a wellness routine. Best case? You start radiating so much loving energy that people actually want to be around you.

And honestly, at this stage, I’ll take either.

Let me know if you have manifested love using Rose Quartz! You can check out our Rose Quartz collection here.
